Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods. If you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately, the period begins with the receipt of the last goods by you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier.

In order to meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at nocteur.com/widerruf.php exercise. If you use this online function, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email) with information on the content of the declaration of revocation as well as the date and time of its receipt.
Effects of withdrawal
If you revoke this contract, we must repay to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier. This does not apply if we have offered to collect the goods ourselves.
You will receive the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your cancellation of this contract NOCTEUR UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Eichendorffstraße 11, 71686 Remseck am Neckar, Germany, to return or hand over. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. These amount to 9.99 euros per return. We will bear any additional return shipping costs.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
Used perfume and compensation for loss in value
Opening the packaging or spraying the perfume does not automatically lead to the loss of the right of withdrawal. A scent test necessary to check the composition, properties and functionality remains permissible.
If perfume is sprayed or consumed beyond this necessary test and this results in a loss of value, you must pay compensation for this in accordance with Section 357a Paragraph 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), provided we have properly informed you of your right of withdrawal. This can be particularly the case with repeated use as a personal fragrance, as long as this goes beyond a necessary test.
We can offset any legally owed compensation against your claim for reimbursement under the legal requirements. The amount depends on the actual loss of value caused by this use in the individual case. There is no flat-rate processing or restocking fee and no automatic deduction of the entire purchase price. Statutory defect rights remain valid even if perfume is sprayed.
